These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the 77uk platform, including the casino lobby, sports betting section, payment services, promotional offers, and any other features or services made available through the website at 77uk.app ("the Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the Platform in any capacity, you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are effective from the date of your first registration on the Platform. 77uk reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and for any reason. Where changes are material, 77uk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly to stay informed of the current version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the agreement between you and 77uk.

Access to and use of the 77uk Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 77uk enforces a strict 18+ policy across all services. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register, deposit, play, or otherwise use the Platform in any way.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own name and on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person.
• You do not already hold an active, suspended, or previously closed account on the 77uk Platform. Only one account per person, household, device, or shared IP address is permitted.
• You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or placed under a voluntary exclusion order during the period of your attempted registration or use.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of 77uk or any of its affiliated companies, game studio partners, or payment service providers.

77uk takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to activity that triggers a compliance review. Where a player cannot satisfy age verification requirements, the account will be suspended and any funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable policy.

To access the full range of 77uk services, including deposits, withdrawals, casino play, and sports betting, you must register a personal account on the Platform. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You warrant that all information submitted during registration — including your full name, date of birth, contact details, and payment account information — is truthful and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update your details promptly if any of them change. 77uk is not liable for any loss or damage arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated account information provided by the player.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, 77uk may require players to complete an identity verification process. This process may require you to submit one or more of the following:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (national ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of your current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name)
• A selfie or live verification image in some circumstances

Until verification is complete, 77uk reserves the right to restrict withdrawals, limit deposit amounts, or suspend access to certain platform features. Processing of verification documents typically takes between 24 and 72 hours during normal business periods. Players are advised to complete verification proactively rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account. You must not share your login credentials — username, password, or OTP codes — with any third party. 77uk will never contact you to request your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on the 77uk Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All payment accounts used must be registered in the same name as the 77uk account. 77uk does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no fixed maximum deposit; however, individual transaction limits may be imposed by the relevant mobile financial service provider. Deposits are typically credited to your 77uk account within a few seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact our support team with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawals: To request a withdrawal, your account must have completed identity verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes set out below:

• Standard withdrawals (bKash / Nagad): Typically processed within 1–3 hours during support hours
• Rocket / Upay withdrawals: Typically processed within 3–6 hours
• Withdrawals pending verification: May be held for up to 72 hours while KYC review is completed

77uk does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, the receiving mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 77uk's control. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance. See the Bonuses & Promotions section for full details.

77uk offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotional events aligned with occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL tournaments.

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per person, household, shared device, or shared IP address.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the relevant promotional communication. Expired bonus offers cannot be retroactively applied.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus funds can be converted to real withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the individual offer terms.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate, and some game types may contribute 0%. Contribution rates are stated in the individual offer terms.
• Where a bonus is combined with a deposit, the deposit funds and the bonus funds are held separately. Real money funds are used first, and bonus funds are used after the real money balance reaches zero.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply to winnings derived from bonus funds. Where applicable, these limits are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• 77uk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress by a player who has begun meeting the wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through coordinated betting, use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or other forms of abuse will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. 77uk uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect promotional abuse.

By using the 77uk Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different name, is strictly forbidden.
• Fraudulent activity: Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration, verification, or any interaction with the Platform or support team.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet, whether in the casino or sports betting sections.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. 77uk fully cooperates with authorities in relation to any suspected money laundering activity.
• Chargeback abuse: Disputing legitimate deposits with your payment provider after funds have been used on the Platform. Any player found to have raised fraudulent chargebacks will have their account suspended and the matter referred to the relevant financial service provider.
• Harassment: Using the support channels or any platform communication feature to harass, threaten, or abuse members of the 77uk team or other players.
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through a documented technical fault are void and will not be paid out.

77uk reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions, suspend accounts, and permanently ban players found to be in breach of these obligations. Decisions made by 77uk in this regard are final.

All content published on the 77uk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 77uk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 77uk brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks and service marks are owned exclusively by 77uk.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its content
• Any collection or use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices
• Any derivative use of the Platform or its content
• Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another party
• Any use of data mining, robots, scrapers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools

Game content — including slot game graphics, live dealer studio streams, and branded game assets — is owned by the respective game studio providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is licensed to 77uk for use on the Platform. All rights in game content belong to the respective studios.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77uk and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, even if 77uk has been advised of the possibility of such damages
• Any losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the Platform that are outside 77uk's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, and third-party payment processing issues
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Any decisions you make in relation to gambling on the Platform, including decisions based on information or results displayed on the Platform

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77uk makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or defects. While 77uk makes every reasonable effort to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be accessible at all times, particularly during scheduled maintenance or extraordinary circumstances.

Gambling Losses: Gambling involves risk. Losses incurred during genuine play on the Platform are not refundable. 77uk does not accept liability for any gambling losses sustained by players using the Platform.
